Public Art Calls for artists
The City of El Paso Allied Artist Program is to provide local artists the opportunity to assist experienced artists commissioned for major projects of $125,000 or more by the Public Art Program, in order to gain the technical and administrative expertise needed to compete within the field of public art. Allied Artists are matched up with commissioned artists based on their level of experience, artistic medium and general interests. Pre-qualified artists who are chosen for a specific project will be compensated for their service as an Allied Artist. Artists must re-apply every two years. Interested artists should download the complete call at the link below. Artists should submit a single PDF with the documents specified in the call to firstname.lastname@example.org.
